PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IN SKYLAND TRAMPOLINEPARK AS 

Skyland Trampolinepark is concerned with protecting the information of our customers and handles all personal data in a secure and encrypted manner. WHY AND WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED 

We collect your personal information to complete orders from visitors either via our booking website, telephone or in our parks. This information will include information about the visitor and any others connected to the visit if the visitor is a minor. The legal basis for our processing will be agreement- or consent-based, cf. the Personal Data Protection Ordinance Article 6 No. 1 letter b and a. For children under 13, the processing will be based on the consent of the person with parental responsibility according to the Personal Data Protection Ordinance Article 8 No. 1. We collect the following personal information for the purposes stated here: In Skyland Trampolinepark AS we also offer events such as birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, training and courses. In this regard, more information is often obtained about the visitor compared to the point above. This may be information about allergies or similar.  The information is provided voluntarily by the visitor and with consent.

Sending out newsletters, offers, and information. Name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth. The processing takes place on the basis of your consent. You can also easily unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the electronic newsletter.

Sending personalized offers, marketing and advertising on SMS, e-mail, Internet, and social media. Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, behavioral data from skyland.no. The processing takes place on the basis of your consent. You can also easily unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the electronic newsletter.

We sometimes conduct surveys to improve our services. We will always inform you about the purpose of the survey and whether or not it is anonymous. Skyland Trampolinepark AS will not share the information with others or for purposes other than what is stated.

Respond to customer service inquiries. Name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and any personal information that may result from the inquiry. The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of a balancing of interests. We have considered that it is often necessary to help the customer with the questions.

DELIVERY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES 

We do not pass on your personal data to others unless there is a legal basis for such disclosure. Examples of such a basis would typically be expressed consent from you or a legal basis that requires us to release the information. 

When you have agreed to receive personalized offers and marketing from Skyland via SMS, e-mail, internet, and social media, Skyland will hand over personal data that is processed for this purpose to other companies. Skyland uses data processors to process personal data on our behalf. In such cases, we have entered into agreements with the data processors to securely store information at all stages of the processing. We currently use the following data processors: 

The Mailchimp program is used. Contact information, e-mail, or telephone - used when sending out newsletters and campaigns. Google Analytics is used to, among other things, see where our users come from, how often they visit our site, and where the traffic comes from.

STORAGE TIME 

We store your personal data with us for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was collected. 

This means, for example, that personal data that we process on the basis of your consent will be deleted if you withdraw your consent. Personal data that we process in connection with a sale or purchase agreement you have with us is deleted when the agreement has been fulfilled and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been fulfilled. Personal information related to Skyland's fulfillment of legal obligations is deleted as soon as the legal obligations have been fulfilled, such as the obligation to keep accounts or the obligation to keep records in accordance with the firearms regulations.

YOUR RIGHTS WHEN WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL DATA ABOUT YOU 

You have the right to demand access, correction, or deletion of the personal data we process about you. You also have the right to demand limited processing, object to the processing, and demand the right to data portability.  We will respond to your inquiry to us as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by us at any time. The easiest way to do this is to unsubscribe from the newsletter by following the link included at the bottom of each newsletter.

We will ask you to confirm your identity or provide additional information before we allow you to exercise your rights with us. We do this to be sure that we only give access to your personal data to you - and not to someone pretending to be you.

COMPLAINTS 

You have no obligation to give Skyland your personal data, but in order to receive goods and services from Skyland as described under point 1, processing your personal data is a necessary prerequisite. 

If you believe that our processing of personal data is not in accordance with what we have described here or that we are in breach of the privacy legislation in other ways, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
